The service we provide is aimed at (but not limited to) non-major and minor development, this includes:

Choosing the right service for you

Products:

Basic site-specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) - this product is most appropriate for; extensions less than less than 250m² in Flood Zones 2 and 3 that require planning permission. For some outline planning applications, certificates of lawful development and change of use applications, this product will be sufficient. This product includes a written report than can be submitted in support of your planning application.

Standard site-specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) - this product is most appropriate for; all full planning applications in Flood Zones 2 and 3, sites of 1 hectare (10,000 metres squared) or more in Flood Zone 1 and applications for a change of use in Flood Zones 2 and 3. This product includes a written report than can be submitted in support of your planning application.

Flood Evacuation Management Plan (FEMP) - this product is included in a Detailed FRA but can be provided as a separate product if one has been requested by the Local Planning Authority.

Fast Track Service - depending on the service that you require and the nature of you proposal, we can provide a report the next-day.
